Preparation before using hydraulic anchor rod drilling truck for coal mines（haoyun）

The editor of Shandong Haoyun Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has made the following preparations for the use of hydraulic anchor rod drilling vehicles in coal mines:

Haoyun Heavy Industry confirms that all components are fully equipped and all fasteners are securely fastened.

2. Check the fuel level in the tank, which should be maintained at about one-quarter of the tank capacity.

Before connecting the water source to the drilling rig, a separate valve needs to be installed to regulate the water pressure to between 0.6 and 1.2 megapascals.

4. Carefully check whether there are any signs of damage to the cable and whether the suspension is stable.
5. Ensure that all pipelines are leak free and that the correct joints are used for pipeline connections.
6. After connecting the power supply of the pump station, start the motor, but please ensure that its rotation direction is consistent with the indicated sign.
7. Haoyun Heavy Industry conducts a brief operation test on the starter motor to verify the flexibility and reliability of all operating handles.

After confirming that the drilling rig is in good condition, place the control lever in the “off” position, then turn off the motor and wait for use.
