Maintenance and Overhaul of Mining Excavator Loader for Coal Mines(haoyun)

HAOYUN 10

The editor of Shandong Haoyun Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. provides the following explanation on the maintenance and repair of excavator loaders:

Firstly, cut off the power and operate various control levers and pedals to release the pressure in the hydraulic system.

(1) Daily maintenance standards

  1. Carefully check whether the cables and connectors are intact, whether the magnetic starter and other electrical connection lines show signs of burning or loosening, and immediately carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
  2. Check key lubrication points such as universal joints, shafts, and bearings to ensure that each shift has been properly lubricated using calcium based grease.
  3. Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. If it is insufficient, it needs to be replenished. Simultaneously check the oil pump, oil cylinder, distribution valve, and oil pipe interface to ensure no leakage.
  4. Check all oil pipes for bending or damage that may hinder the flow of oil, and quickly resolve these issues.
  5. Ensure that all connecting components and fasteners are secure and not loose. If there are any missing or loose parts, tighten them immediately.
  6. Haoyun Heavy Industry conducts overall cleaning of the equipment, paying special attention to removing dust accumulation on the radiator.

(2) Monthly maintenance standards

  1. Check the fixing bolts of the oil pump, and tighten them immediately if any looseness is found.
  2. Carefully inspect the sealing components of the hydraulic components, especially the “O” – shaped sealing ring of the oil cylinder piston rod. If there is any damage, it must be replaced in a timely manner.
  3. Clean the hydraulic oil filter and radiator.
  4. Haoyun Heavy Industry inspects the interior of the hydraulic oil tank, removes oil stains and impurities, and ensures sufficient hydraulic working oil.

(3) Quarterly maintenance standards

  1. Thoroughly clean the entire hydraulic system, take samples to test the quality of hydraulic working oil, and replace with new oil if necessary.
  2. Calibrate the pressure setting of the distributor safety valve to ensure its accuracy.
  3. Check whether the pin shafts and shaft sleeves of each component are worn.
  4. Check whether the installation bolts of the rotary mechanism and its various parts are stable.
  5. Replace vulnerable parts as needed.
