The maintenance cycle of hydraulic excavators used in coal mines is usually as follows:
1、 Daily maintenance
Check the appearance and mechanical components: Before and after daily work, operators need to inspect the appearance of hydraulic excavators used in coal mines for damage and deformation, whether mechanical components such as slewing bearings, deceleration braking devices, tracks, etc. are normal, and whether bolts are loose.
Check the oil and filter element: Check the liquid level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc. every day, and Haoyun Heavy Industry will add or replace them as needed. At the same time, check whether the air filter element, hydraulic oil filter element, etc. are blocked or damaged, and clean or replace them if necessary.
Check the electrical system: check the battery electrolyte level, whether the wire connections are loose, and whether the electrical equipment such as speakers and lights are normal.
2、 Regular maintenance
Maintenance items every 100 hours: Check the pin shafts and connecting pins of the boom cylinder, arm cylinder, bucket cylinder and other parts, check the oil level in the slewing mechanism box, and drain water and sediment from the fuel tank.
Maintenance items every 250 hours: check the oil level in the final drive box, lubricate the rotary bearings, check the tension of the fan belt and air conditioning compressor belt, and adjust them accordingly.
Maintenance items every 500 hours: Conduct maintenance items every 100 hours and 250 hours simultaneously, replace the fuel filter element, check the height of the lubricating grease on the rotating small gear wheel, inspect and clean the radiator fins, oil cooler fins, and condenser fins, replace the hydraulic oil filter element, replace the oil in the final transmission box (only for the first time at 500 hours, once every 1000 hours thereafter), clean the air filter elements inside and outside the air conditioning system, and replace the hydraulic oil vent filter element.
Maintenance items every 1000 hours: Simultaneously perform maintenance items every 100 hours, 250 hours, and 500 hours, replace the oil in the rotary mechanism box, check the oil level of the shock absorber housing, check the clearance of all fasteners and rotors of the turbocharger, check and replace the tension of the generator belt, replace the anti-corrosion filter element, and replace the oil in the final drive box.
Maintenance items every 2000 hours: First, complete maintenance items every 100 hours, 250 hours, 500 hours, and 1000 hours, clean the hydraulic oil tank filter, clean and inspect the turbocharger, check the generator and starter motor, check the engine valve clearance and adjust it, and check the damper.
Maintenance every 4000 hours or more: Increase inspection of the water pump every 4000 hours and add replacement of hydraulic oil every 5000 hours.
3、 Special situation maintenance
Maintenance after working in harsh environments: After working in harsh environments such as high temperature, cold, dusty or highly corrosive areas, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of hydraulic excavators used in coal mines should be carried out in a timely manner, including cleaning equipment, replacing damaged parts, checking and adjusting various system parameters, etc.
Maintenance after long-term parking: Haoyun Heavy Industry reminds that if hydraulic excavators used in coal mines are parked for a long time, comprehensive maintenance should be carried out before parking, including checking the condition of the motor, lubricating various parts, replacing hydraulic oil and machine oil, and applying butter to the exposed metal surface of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod. During the parking period, start the equipment once a month and operate the machine to lubricate the moving parts and charge the battery.
