The Rock Breaker Machine’s capabilities extend to multiple rehabilitation applications such as trench excavation for drainage systems, surface leveling, geological fragmentation, residual coal clearance, conveyor belt area maintenance, tunnel contour correction, auxiliary lifting operations, and specialized support beam installation/removal through its dedicated hoisting attachment. A high-efficiency hydraulic impact system incorporates a vibration dampening return circuit, ensuring robust breaking force with simplified maintenance requirements for standalone roadway upkeep solutions.

An integrated power module drives the consolidated energy system, utilizing dual pump architecture (primary/auxiliary) supported by adaptive load-sensing hydraulics. This precision-controlled system employs progressive pressure-regulation valves to achieve seamless movement transitions and operational stability. The space-optimized design features intuitive pilot-controlled joystick operation paired with fatigue-reducing ergonomic seating, complemented by easily serviceable pump/valve assemblies and rationally organized fluid conveyance networks

Beyond primary material handling functions, the unit performs localized material transfer, surface contouring, and wall cleaning operations. Quick-attach compatibility with interchangeable implements (impact hammers, milling cutters, buckets) enables rapid task switching between roadway surface rehabilitation, oversized material processing, and structural maintenance. Auxiliary hydraulic ports support external tool integration including demolition shears.
