When operating an excavator, it should be parked on a flat ground and the walking mechanism should be stopped. On the excavator passage, no obstacles such as machinery or tools should be piled up to ensure that the excavator is unobstructed. No one is allowed to stay within the working range of Haoyun Heavy Industry excavator to ensure safety. When underground cables, pipelines or other underground buildings are discovered, work should be immediately stopped and relevant units should be notified in a timely manner for handling.

When the excavator is operating, it should wait for the car driver to brake and stop the car before turning back and dumping soil into the carriage. When turning, it is forbidden for the bucket to cross over from the cab. When unloading soil, it should be lowered as much as possible and attention should be paid not to collide with any part of the car. During the operation, the shovel should not be too deep, the bucket should not be too strong, and the excavation height should not exceed 4 meters at a time.

It is prohibited to stay or work under the suspended bucket, as this is the regulation during shovel operation. When the excavator stops working, the bucket must be lowered to the ground. The driver must not leave the foot pedal to ensure that it can be operated at any time. When the bucket is fully loaded, do not change the inclination of the boom to avoid danger.

During the excavation process, the “four prohibitions” should be implemented, namely prohibiting the bucket from rotating before leaving the working face, prohibiting rapid rotation, prohibiting the use of the bucket to level the soil pile on the side, and prohibiting the use of the bucket to impact the working face on the side. To ensure that the rotation range of the excavator boom is within a safe range, it is appropriate to control the tilt angle between 30-45 degrees.

When walking, Haoyun Heavy Industry excavator should follow certain rules. When going uphill, the active wheel of the track should be at the back, and when going downhill, the active wheel of the track should be at the front. The slewing mechanism should be in the braking state, and the bucket should not be more than 1 meter above the ground. When going up and down hills, the speed should not exceed 20 kilometers per hour. When going downhill, driving at low speed is prohibited, and variable speed coasting is prohibited. It is prohibited to arrange excavators to work simultaneously in two mining sections (faces). When the working face rotates at the same time, a flat ground should be selected and obstacles in the passage should be removed.

It is prohibited to work under high-altitude objects such as power lines, and it is not allowed to work under the shutdown. It is unsafe for a fully loaded bucket to remain in space for a long time, and it should be removed in a timely manner. If parking is required on a slope, the bucket must be lowered to the ground, all control levers placed in neutral, the parking brake applied, and wedges placed behind the tracks or tires to ensure safety.
