Pre operation inspection of mining excavators for coal mines（haoyun）

The editor of Shandong Haoyun Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. conducted the following inspection on the pre operation of mining loaders for coal mines:

1. Power system inspection: Ensure that the cables and connectors are intact and undamaged, and that the connecting lines are not burnt or loose.
2. Hydraulic system inspection: Hydraulic components and connecting pipelines are securely fastened without leakage, and the hydraulic oil level is within the specified range.
3. Control system inspection: Each handle is in the neutral position, and the operation is flexible without any jamming.
4. Conveyor system inspection: The conveyor belt is intact and the tension is appropriate, the rollers and drum rotate flexibly, and there is no abnormal noise.
5. Precautions during walking: When stopping the brake, place the foot pedal valve in the center position; If it stops for a long time, the nose support plate needs to be pressed down on the ground.
6. Walking or reversing warning: When the Haoyun Heavy Industry loader is walking or reversing, the electric bell should be activated as a warning signal.

In addition, Haoyun Heavy Industry also emphasized a new point, which is that in case of emergencies, quick measures need to be taken, such as shutting down the engine, pulling up the handbrake, to ensure equipment safety.
