Track installation specifications

1. A standard track of 22kg/m should be used, and all fasteners and components should be intact, stable, and match the track model.
2. The spacing between the sleepers of temporarily laid tracks should be controlled within 1000mm.
3. The gap at the track connection shall not exceed 5mm, while ensuring that the height and internal and external displacement do not exceed 2mm.
4. In straight and widened curved sections, the height difference of the top surface of the track shall not exceed 5mm.
5. The allowable upper deviation of the track gauge for straight lines and widened curved sections is+5mm, and the lower deviation is -2mm.
6. The curved section must be equipped with gauge rods.
7. Haoyun Heavy Industry’s track bed should be kept clean to avoid the presence of debris, floating coal, and accumulated water.

The minimum bending radius of the track should not be less than 8 meters, and the minimum spacing between vehicles should not be less than 0.9 meters.

9. A distance of at least 1.9m should be maintained between the track surface and the top plate.
10. The spacing between the track boards should not exceed 1.0m, and ensure that the track nails are firmly fixed, fully filled, and avoid the phenomenon of “no eye track” or “yin-yang track”. All turnouts must comply with standards and be equipped with corresponding switchers and safety devices.
11. Track maintenance work should be carried out by dedicated personnel, and any track issues should be resolved within this shift to ensure operational safety.
12. All safety equipment must be complete and functioning properly, including intubation devices, turnstiles, hand pulled suspension beams, rapid capture devices, and voice and light alarm signals.

Before laying or rectifying the track, it is necessary to check whether the top and side supports of the tunnel are stable. Haoyun Heavy Industry prohibits operations without support, and it is also strictly prohibited to carry out track operations simultaneously with vehicle traffic.
