What Is The Roadheader Machine In Mining?

The road header machine is a kind of combined machine which could realize cutting, loading, conveyor, automatic moving, spreading fog, and cleaning dust. It almost uses in the tunnel of the coal mine.

Equipped with a milling head, this machine can work during coal or semi – coal tunnel boring with a hardness of 4F without the need for gunning.

The main hydraulic parts adopt a spur gear gearbox imported from Germany, which is driven by a high – torque hydraulic motor to ensure that the milling head can cope with more severe high – load working conditions. This machine is equipped with internal spray and high – pressure external spray device, which has good dust extinguishing effect.

Due to the large weight of the milling head, the whole machine adopts the design concept of super structural parts to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient weight, and the body is stable when cutting rocks, improving efficiency.

It adopts the rotary table structure of the TBM, the quality is stable and reliable.
